The U.S. Department of State has required us to complete regular verification of all students who are completing academic training under the Exchange Visitor Program. The following survey reflects our commitment to maintaining accurate records and facilitating regular communication between our staff and international students.

Holding qualified insurance at all times as a J-1 student is a requirement of maintaining status in the Exchange Visitor Program (EVP). Obtaining adequate health insurance is not just a recommendation or suggestion for students in J-1 status and their J-2 dependents--it is a regulatory requirement. This includes having insurance while on academic training.
